My name is Jobee.

I am a Northern Arizonian-based, San Diego native artist that's been creating art since childhood. My Grandmother was an artist and inspired me to live a life pursing creativity and beauty. I obtained my BA in Applied Arts and Art Sciences at San Diego State University with an emphasis in Interior Design.

I spent the first half of my career working in the Lighting Industry, but after I had my second child during Covid my priorities shifted.  That's when I moved to Prescott Valley, became a full-time mom and created Jobee Phillips Art & Design. Through creating art with my own kids and volunteering in their classrooms, my love of teaching children art has become my passion. A passion I look forward to sharing with your family too.  ​​
